Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times

- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 10-18 business days
- UK and EU: 10-20 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 12-22 business days
- Rest of world: 15-30 business days

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat $4.95 shipping fee. International rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are sent via email within 1-2 business days of order shipment. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact burtonwilliford@gmail.com.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the expected window or marked delivered but not received, contact us immediately. We'll investigate with the carrier and either replace your order or issue a full refund.
