How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. We work with fulfillment partners around the world to keep prices fair, which means shipping is slower than Amazon but our prices reflect that. You'll get a tracking number within 2 business days of ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping rates and times vary by destination — you'll see the exact estimate at checkout before paying.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, no questions asked. If a product arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, we cover return shipping. If you just changed your mind, you cover return shipping. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
Are these products really no-drill?
The ones we tag "no-drill" or list in the Renter Essentials collection — yes, genuinely. We're renters too. Every adhesive-mount product has been tested to confirm it actually holds the weight we claim and removes cleanly.
Where are your products made?
Our products come from a mix of suppliers in China, the US, and Southeast Asia. We don't mark up "American-made" claims for products that aren't — we're transparent about origin on every listing.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund. Once it ships, treat it like a return (see our Refund Policy).
My package didn't arrive. What do I do?
Email us with your order number. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, we'll work with the carrier to investigate. If it's genuinely lost, we'll replace or refund.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
For orders over $500 or recurring buyers (property managers, interior designers, organization pros), yes. Email us with details.
