Refund policy

30-day return window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to start a return

Email us at burtonwilliford@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours. Do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice).

Change-of-mind returns

Buyer pays return shipping. Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-returnable items

- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, installed (where applicable), or damaged by the customer

Refund timing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm condition, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days.
