Every product page explains exactly what problem the item solves and how it installs. We don't bury the details — you'll know if something needs a drill, sticks to walls, fits your cabinet, or holds the weight you need.

If you're not sure which product fits your space, use the Renter Essentials collection — every item there is verified no-drill, no-damage, and works in apartments.

2. Check out securely

We use Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see your card details. Most major payment methods accepted, including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Free US shipping on orders over $35. Flat $4.95 shipping under that.

3. We process and ship

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email within 2 business days of ordering.

Shipping takes 7–15 business days for US orders. Yes, that's slower than Amazon Prime. We're a small business and we ship from partners around the world to keep prices fair — our prices reflect that.

4. Set it up and breathe

Every product comes with everything you need to install it. Most no-drill products go up in under 90 seconds.

If something doesn't fit, work, or arrive right — email us within 30 days for a no-questions-asked return or replacement.

What if I need it fast? Email us before ordering and we'll see what we can do. Some products ship from US warehouses (faster) and some from international (slower). We're transparent on each product page.

Do you take returns on installed items? Yes, if you installed it and it didn't work, send it back. We'd rather have a happy customer than a sale.

Do you offer bulk discounts? For orders over $500 or recurring orders (property managers, designers, organization pros), yes. Email us.
